• 1:1 online coaching
• personalized training plans
• digital training plans
• AI-powered coaching tools (Custom GPT / AI Coach)
• performance feedback and training guidance

All services are provided for educational and coaching purposes only.

They do not replace professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing our services you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• you are physically able to participate in training
• you accept responsibility for your own health and training decisions

If you have medical conditions or concerns, you should consult a healthcare professional before starting a training program.

3. Payments

All prices are displayed at checkout.

Payment is required before services or digital products are delivered.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Digital Products

Digital products may include:

• AI coaching tools
• Custom GPT systems
• digital training plans
• downloadable programs

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product.

You may not:

• resell
• redistribute
• share access
• reproduce the materials

without written permission.

5. Coaching Services

Coaching services may include training plans, calls, and performance feedback.

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors including training consistency, health, recovery, and lifestyle.

Therefore specific results cannot be guaranteed.

6. Training Risk and Health Disclaimer

Physical training involves inherent risks.

By participating in any training program provided by EB Coaching you acknowledge that:

• exercise carries risk of injury or illness
• you participate voluntarily
• you are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition

EB Coaching does not provide medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EB Coaching shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services, coaching, or training programs.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase.

However, by purchasing our services or digital products and requesting immediate access or start of services, you acknowledge that:

• services may begin immediately
• the right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost once the service has started
• digital products delivered instantly may not be refundable

9. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• digital products are non-refundable once access is granted
• coaching services are non-refundable once the service period has started

All materials provided by EB Coaching, including training systems, AI models, training plans, and written content, are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

Training data and communication are treated confidentially.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country require otherwise.
